Karen is phenomenal! I have been seeing her for tattoo removal and the process is better than I could have asked for. It hurts, don't get me wrong. But she does everything in her power to make me comfortable and talk me through the process. I am having two tattoos removed - a large tribal lower back tattoo and a smaller tattoo on my upper thigh. The price is amazing and it is working! Be realistic about tattoo removal if you choose to go that route, but I wouldn't see anyone other than Karen! And the 30A Med Spa team is always professional and kind. 100% recommend.

I’ve been to several Botox experienced doctors… But Karen Tayes is one of the best Botox people in town. She does a great job she’s caring she’s considerate and she is just a sweetheart. I have gotten great results with her work and I am very happy with it I recommend her very highly…
