Hello everyone, On Saturday afternoon my husband was carrying a big glass bottle in his hands and was walking outside tripped and fell onto the concrete face first the bottle broke and he cut his face very badly but by the grace of god hands Dr Andrew McAllister saved my husband face and from terrible scaring he was truly amazing and my husband loved his bedside manner we want thank him so much for everything he did to help my husband and he is such a wonderful person and Doctor THANK YOU And GOD BLESS PS, we can’t wait for his follow up appointment

I am absolutely ecstatic about how well my procedure turned out! Dr. McAllister did laser skin resurfacing under my eyes and I swear it took 10 years off my face. I am so pleased I plan on doing my whole face! He such a nice person and he makes you feel so comfortable. I was so scared but he had me laughing through the whole procedure. All of the nurses are wonderful too. The environment is relaxing and comfortable. I will definitely be going back again for any “beauty renovations” in the future. I am 41 and had very crepey skin under my eyes and now my skin is flawless. I wish I had done my whole face at the same time as the recovery was a little more intense than expected but every second of pain was soooooo worth it! Thank you Coastal Plastic Surgery!

I want to thank Dr McAllister for changing my life and my confidence. I stood in the mirror today when I got home from having my stitches out of my neck and cried at how different I look. This has been a dream of mine for most of my life and I cant thank him enough for what he has done for me. My sisters both got breast reduction a month apart . They look beautiful. No more crying to my mother talking about their chest , arms , back and shoulder blades hurt as well as neck from the bra. Very good job
Really enjoyed my visit with Dr. McAllister, even though I was was in pain. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful. As soon as I completed my check-in I was taken by a nurse back to a exam room where Dr. McAllister promptly came in and visited with me. He was very helpful and reassuring about the care he recommended. I was in his office for severe wound care and was very pleased with the care of his staff and the doctor. I am still under his care.
