Andrew D. McAllister, D.O.
Dr. McAllister is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon who specializes in the art of aesthetic plastic surgery. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology at the Florida State University and went on to complete medical school at the Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine. After an internship in the SUMMA Health System at Western Reserve Hospital, Dr. McAllister completed a general surgery residency in the SUMMA Health System in the Akron/Cleveland, Ohio area. During Dr. McAllister’s surgical residency training, he was honored with several awards. The Ohio University Outstanding Resident Award, Chief General Surgery Resident of Western Reserve Hospital, and the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Research and Education Scientific Paper Award to name a few.
After finishing his general surgery residency in the SUMMA Health System at Western Reserve Hospital, Dr. McAllister began a challenging fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. His training encompassed all aspects of plastic surgery, including hand, burn, craniofacial, wound care, micro-vascular, pediatric, reconstructive, trauma, and cosmetic surgeries.
Dr. McAllister was chosen Chief Fellow of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and oversaw the training of plastic surgery fellows, general surgery residents, oral and maxillofacial surgery residents, and medical students at Hahnemann University Hospital (Philadelphia, PA), Westchester Medical Center (Valhalla, NY), St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children (Philadelphia, PA), Crozer-Keystone Health System (Philadelphia, PA), and St. Mary’s Medical Center (Langhorne, PA). During Dr. McAllister’s fellowship training, he received national awards in plastic and reconstructive surgery including first and second place symposium presentations at the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons Annual Clinical Assembly in San Francisco, CA and Atlanta, GA.
Dr. McAllister is highly respected for accomplishments in breast reconstruction after mastectomy as well as a wide range of cosmetic surgery procedures. He takes pride in his reputation as a compassionate, highly skilled surgeon and he strives to make patient education and empowerment a focal point of his practice.
Dr. McAllister is actively on staff at Sacred Heart of the Emerald Coast (Destin, FL), Gulf Coast Medical Center (Panama City, FL), and Bay Medical Center (Panama City, FL). While involved in various cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, Dr. McAllister also offers services at all three facilities in wound care, and also utilizes his skills in hyperbaric medicine at Bay Medical.

Olivia Perdue, PA-C
Olivia Perdue is a highly trained Physician Assistant with a strong foundation in dermatology and advanced aesthetic medicine. Her clinical background allows her to approach every treatment with both medical precision and an artistic eye.
She holds current BLS and ACLS certifications and has completed extensive advanced injector training, including full-face neuromodulator education through the Allergan Medical Institute, with specialized expertise in jawline refinement and platysmal band treatment. Olivia has also completed comprehensive full-face assessment and dermal filler technique training, focusing on cheeks, chin, and jawline contouring.
Her advanced aesthetic training includes full-face Sculptra biostimulator training, emphasizing collagen stimulation and long-term structural rejuvenation. She has completed advanced lip augmentation training with the Juvéderm and Restylane portfolios, alongside over 25 hours of hands-on education with Allergan and Galderma trainers.
In addition to her injectable training, Olivia is also certified with Sofwave, Potenza RF Microneedling, CoolSculpting and Elite iQ laser technology for laser hair removal and pigment reduction.
She is known for delivering elevated, balanced results, enhancing natural structure, refining proportions, and creating outcomes that are sophisticated, never overdone.
Maria Adams, PA-C
Maria Adams is a board-certified Physician Assistant who brings a refined blend of emergency medicine expertise and advanced aesthetic training to 30A Medical Spa and Coastal Plastic Surgery Institute. Since graduating in March 2018, she has built a strong clinical foundation, including five years of high-acuity Emergency Room experience, before transitioning into aesthetic medicine, where she has spent the past two years honing her craft.
Maria maintains BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, reflecting her commitment to safety and clinical excellence. She participates in quarterly advanced injector trainings hosted by Allergan Medical Institute, with focused education in Botox and the Juvéderm portfolio. She also completes ongoing quarterly training with Galderma, advancing her expertise in Restylane, Sculptra,and Dysport.

With bi-annual to quarterly continuing education to continually refine her technique, Maria approaches full-face assessment and treatment planning with precision, balance, and a deep understanding of facial anatomy. Hayley Durst Licensed Aesthetician
With over two years of experience as a licensed aesthetician, Hayley is passionate about delivering results-driven skincare treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs. She graduated from Wiregrass Technical College and further advanced her education by earning a MediClinical Certification from the Dermed Institute, where she received specialized training in microneedling and chemical peels.
During her time at Coastal Plastic Surgery, Hayley has continued to refine her skills through advanced training in SkinPen microneedling and Perfect Derma Peels. She specializes in treatment-based services focused on achieving real, visible results, whether addressing acne, aging, texture, or overall skin health.
Hayley is also Sofwave and Potenza certified, expanding her ability to offer advanced, non-invasive skin tightening treatments.
Her approach combines clinical knowledge with personalized care to ensure every client feels confident in their skin and in their treatment plan.
